Leisure centers see huge benefits from Solar PV.

The take up of Solar for any commercial site is beneficial, at Utility Trade we pride ourselves in tailor making installations around the clients consumption to ensure they are getting the best deal and the system that’s correct for the business.

Centers that are open six or seven days a week can especially benefit as the consumption of the solar electricity they produce can get up to 100%, maximising their savings and reducing their reliance on the grid.

A recent case study of an install from this year (2017) shows a site in Cambridgeshire that will generate 44,615kWh of solar electricity in the first year from it’s 50kW array. Again the SolarEdge embedded system will assist in production over the years and improve the its safety and ease of maintenance. This will increase the generation and therefore subsidies provided by the government for the Leisure Centers contribution to the green energy generation in the UK.
